• "Force Majeure" Any event beyond Sultan33's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disaster, government action, or critical infrastructure failure.

Membership of sultan33 is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following apply to you at the time of registration and continue to apply for the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Sultan33 does not permit gambling by persons below the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any stage of account use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability, guardianship order, or court judgment that would restrict your ability to engage in financial transactions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from sultan33 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a Sultan33 employee or business partner in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• All personal information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the sultan33 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Sultan33 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. • One Bonus Per Member: Sultan33 reserves the right to restrict the availability of bonuses to one per Member, per household, per device, or per IP address at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-round bet limit applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Violation of this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement clearance. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; table games, live dealer games, and other categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Uncleared Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sultan33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts, whether personally or through associates, for any purpose.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes in sports betting or live dealer environments.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game exploits, or promotional loopholes in bad faith.
• Charging back any deposit without Sultan33's prior consent, or reversing any payment made to the Platform through your financial institution.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.

Sultan33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that the Member has breached these Terms, is under the age of 21, is located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or poses a risk of financial crime.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's Balance will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance returned. Where a breach is confirmed, sultan33 may forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with these Terms.

Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting live support. Voluntary closure requests made under Sultan33's responsible gambling self-exclusion programme are subject to the terms described on our Responsible Gambling page.

All content on the sultan33 platform — including but not limited to the sultan33 name, logo, visual design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and trade marks — is the property of Sultan33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without Sultan33's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sultan33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical errors beyond Sultan33's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunity attributable to platform issues.
• Unauthorised access to or use of a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any Force Majeure event as defined in Section 2.
• Decisions made by the Member in the course of gambling activity.

Sultan33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of the Member's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose, or MYR 5,000, whichever is the lesser.

Sultan33 is strongly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be seen as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sultan33 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

Sultan33 operates an internal dispute resolution process. Members with a complaint or dispute regarding Account activity, game outcomes, or payment transactions should first contact our live support team. Sultan33 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a full written response within 14 business days.

Sultan33 will take all reasonable steps to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. The outcome of Sultan33's internal dispute resolution process is final in respect of operational and gaming decisions made in accordance with these Terms.
